NGO proposal writers must concisely convey the organization’s mission, engage donors, and highlight funding needs. They build relationships, foster trust, and secure support to sustain the NGO’s work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and analyze solicitation, proposal documents, and develop proposals
- Conduct meetings and identify opportunities
- Develop technical solutions in design meetings
- Draft accurate, responsive, compelling text for proposals
- Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline the proposal development process
- Monitoring the performance of the live website
Requirements
- A proven experience by proposal win rate and donor amount
- A proven ability to multitask, flexible and responsive to prioritizing responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
- eam player and aware of different cultures to work in an international setting
2. Growth Hacker (Brand Head) - Palscity Foundation
We are hiring a Growth Hacker to drive user adoption, engagement, and revenue throssh innovative marketing strategies. This role works across teams to launch campaigns and features that boost traffic and monetization.
Responsibilities
- Develop & execute online/offline campaigns (digital marketing, brand partnerships, activations).
- Identify & optimize growth channels to increase revenue.
- Analyze marketing data & user feedback to refine strategies.
- Propose & test new approaches for lead conversion.
- Contribute to content, advertising, and marketing effectiveness.
- Plan and execute audience-targeted initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to share insights and results.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role.
